Shampoo bar: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, BTMS-50, Sodium Lactate, Cetyl Alcohol, Emulsifying Wax, Mango Butter, Hydrolyzed Oat Protein, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Fragrance, Preservative (Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben), Mica (mica, titanium oxide, iron oxide)

Conditioner bar: BTMS-50, Cetyl Alcohol, Mango Butter, Avocado Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Panthenol (Vit. B5), Hydrolyzed Oat Protein, Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Fragrance, Preservative ((Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben), Mica (mica, titanium oxide, iron oxide)

How to use

Shampoo bar: Wet hair & shampoo bar. Rub between palms like bar soap to generate some lather. Apply lather to hair with hands, or with bar directly. Massage into scalp. Rinse. Optional repeat, depending on how dirty/oily your hair is. I always wash twice after a swim in salt water, for example.

Conditioner bar: These bars do not lather! Moisten and rub between palms to melt a thin layer of product, comb through hair with your fingers, focusing on ends. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to deeply hydrate, or rinse immediately for soft, manageable hair.
