Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
We currently ship domestically within the United States using either USPS First Class and Priority Mail, or UPS Ground from Secaucus, New Jersey. Local customers can arrange for pick up or delivery by emailing us at hello@heartandmeadow.com
Processing time vary, and may take up to 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is delayed, or if the carrier has lost your package, please contact them directly. Once the package leaves our care, we transfer responsibility for the package to the carrier and only have access to tracking information. We want you to receive your order as much as you do, but sadly we have no special pull with the Post Office or UPS.
Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept physical returns. However, we will offer a replacement item or a refund in certain circumstances if contacted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your happiness with every purchase!
Packaging Information
Packaging used for our orders varies by item and quantity. Although we strive to minimize single-use plastics, there are some products that must be shrink-wrapped in order to maintain quality. Whenever possible, we recycle packaging received from our wholesale suppliers (including Styrofoam peanuts). We request that you reuse
